The first half of the 2024/2025 Leone Rock Premier League season has concluded with East End Lions sitting atop the table, but a tight race sees several teams within touching distance.
After 17 matches, the ‘Killers’ have amassed an impressive 38 points, boasting 11 wins, 5 draws, and just a single defeat, along with a healthy goal difference of +15.
However, Bhantal FC is breathing down their necks, occupying second place with 31 points. They have proven to be a tough opponent, losing only twice in their 17 outings. Defending champions Bo Rangers are also firmly in the mix, sitting third with 30 points, showcasing their attacking prowess with 24 goals scored.
Wilberforce Strikers round out the top four with 29 points, indicating a strong first half for the ‘Strikers’. The league has proven to be highly competitive, with Old Edwardians (26 points) and Bai Bureh Warriors (25 points) also demonstrating consistency.
