A High Court of Sierra Leone Commercial and Admirability Division Fast Track Court has slammed an immediate freeze on all accounts of the Sierra Leone Football Association (SLFA) until payment is made to Minis Enterprises. 

Justice Leonard Taylor made the ruling on Wednesday 19 May 2021, after listening to a presentation made by Counsel for the plaintiff, Abdulai Abass Rahman of the Abass Kamara & Associates Africa Creative Law Firm.

The Sierra Leone Football Association (SLFA) was dragged to court for failing to honor payment to the plaintiff Kandeh Kamara, Owner of Minis Enterprises, after it had delivered over One Thousand (1000) T-shirts with the inscription ISHA the Iron Lady on it’, two (2) Pennant banners on the Sierra Leone vs. Cameroon game and Sierra Leone Under (20) VS Gambia Under (20) at the Makeni Wusum Stars Stadium.

Sierraloaded learnt that part-payment of seven Million Leones (Le7,0000,000.00) was made by SLFA since the completion of the job some two years back, but the balance is yet to be paid.

The learned Judge, after listening to the submission by Adbul Rahman Abass Kamara Esq Ordered a freeze on all SLFA Accounts while the matter was adjourned to the 27th May 2021.
