Sierra Leone’s rising Sprinter, Georgina Sesay, has failed to progress in the Women’s 100-M heat at the Paris Olympic.

The 20-year-Old who is hailed from Waterloo made her mark on the Olympic stage by advancing to the Women’s 100m preliminary round.

Sesay achieved this milestone by recording a time of 11.99 seconds in Heat 4, finishing fourth and securing her place in the next stage of the competition.

Her journey in athletics has been notable, including a silver medal at the African U20 Championships held at Levy Mwanawasa Stadium in Ndola. At just 19 years old, Sesay continues to build on her success and make significant strides in her athletics.
