The Sierra Leone national senior team, Leone Stars, have safely arrived in Monrovia, Liberia, ahead of their highly anticipated 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifier against Guinea Bissau on Thursday, March 20 at the SKD Sports Complex.

The delegation includes 17 home-based players alongside veteran MLS striker Kei Kamara, all of whom have been undergoing intensive training over the past few weeks.

Upon arrival this evening, the team held light recovery sessions after the long journey from Sierra Leone, with full preparations set to continue tomorrow morning.

A total of 18 foreign-based players are expected to join the squad in Monrovia, including highly-rated France-based defensive talent Juma Bah, who is set to arrive in camp tomorrow evening.
