As the totalEnergies Africa cup of Nations Cameroon 2021 draws closer Sierra Leone Football Association has successfully concluded arrangement to engage the National Senior Team Leone Stars in three friendly matches against South Sudan, The Gambia and Morocco on the 6th, 9th and 12th October 2021 respectively. All matches will take place in Casablanca Morocco.
The outing will attract several foreign based players some of whom are set to make their debut for Sierra Leone as Head coach John Keister is keen to continue building up squad.

In another development, the sierra Leone National U-23 male team, which has commenced intensive training to ensure early preparation for the 2022 African Nations Championship will be put to test a double friendly encounter on the 7th, and 11th October, 2021 against their Tunisia counterpart in Tunis.
