Former Bo Rangers striker Mohamed Noah Kamara aka Musa Tombo was alleged to have cried as his former team which doubles as defending champions for Sierra Leone Premier League 2020/2021 season, fought for draw with the newly promoted Really Republicans FC in their clash yesterday Friday 9th December 2022 at the Bo Stadium, Bo District.

Musa Tombo is unarguably one of Bo Rangers best striker ever in their history of football in Sierra Leone. The club has been playing the league since it establishment in 1954. The defending champions of the league had their first ever chance to win the league with Musa Tombo, as he bagged highest goals scorer and best player of the league season under the leadership of Babadi Kamara.

 

Musa Tombo has been a goal machine for his former team Bo Rangers and Sierra Leone National Football team Leone Stars. We can’t talk about Musa Tombo without reaching to his outstanding performance at the concluded AFCON qualifiers. He goal against Ivory Coast was among the magic goals of the week.

In his early years at his erstwhile team East End Lions he performed extremely as they took the team to 2019 Sierra Leone Premier League champions. Following his transfer to Bo Rangers shortly after the league, Musa Tombo had his debut for Bo Rangers against his former team East End Lions that resulted to 2:1 defeat in favour of Bo Rangers.

Musa Noah Kamara with controversies over his transfer deal to Libya club Al-lttihad SC resulted to a football ban that was lifted a week ago. Bo Rangers terminating Musa’s contract and the player claiming Libya is not safe for him and will not go back has left the player hanging in air.

Following up to Bo Rangers league opener match with the newly promoted club Real Republicans to Premier League, it was shocking to see the defending champions battling to secure draw from a newcomer in the league. Being used to score for his former team and seeing the team struggled to survive, Musa Tombo was alleged to have cried for his beloved team Bo Rangers as they struggled to survive at their first match in the league season with the newly promoted Real Republicans FC from division one.
