Popular female footballer, Rashidatu Kamara has signed a short-term contract with Southern Region’s side, Mogbwemo Queens.
She signed for the Rutile based club after returning from Armenia following a season spell with Noravank Sports Club.
Rashidatu Kamara was part of the Sierra Queens team that played in the recently concluded WAFU Zone A Women’s Tournament hosted in Cape Verde.
She will now spend the second round of the first-ever Women’s Premier League with Mogbwemo Queens currently sits in the second position with 29 points out of 11 matches played.
Kamara has been named in the Club’s match day squad for the Southern derby away to Ram K Football Club later today at Bo Coronation field.
“I want to keep myself fit and learn something new, the goal is to win the Premier League with them and probably join them for CAF Women’s Champions League,” she stated.
