The Sierra Leone Premier League board has suspended all Premier League football matches involving Central Parade Football Club.
This is contained in a statement issues today 20th October, 2021 by Allieu Vandi Koroma, the Chairman of the Premier League Board.
“The Sierra Leone Premier League Board (PLB) would like to inform the public that it has suspended indefinitely and with immediate effect, all matches involving Central Parade Football Club in the ongoing premier league.”, the statement reads
Although the reason for the suspension was not stated, Sierraloaded learnt that the decision is not unconnected to the failure of Central Parade Football Club to pay 20% of their gate takings to board after their match against Bo Rangers on Sunday.
