Sierra Leone’s Under-17 female national team has recorded a significant milestone after defeating Ivory Coast 2-1 in the FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup 2026 qualifiers, boosting the country’s prospects in the competition and highlighting progress in women’s football development.
