Former Leone Stars Captain, Steven Caulker has proudly announced that he has obtained his Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) A coaching license.
In a recent statement, Caulker expressed his delight, stating, “I am really proud to announce that I have obtained my UEFA A coaching license.”
Caulker reflected on the past year, describing it as a valuable learning experience alongside a group of experienced individuals. He noted, “It has been a great 12 months learning with a great group of people.”
Excitement for his new role is palpable, as Caulker shared his eagerness to begin applying his knowledge on the field. “Now I am even more excited to begin my coaching journey and put all my learning into practice,” he asserted.
In May 2024, Caulker had previously revealed his plans to start working towards his UEFA A badge, which he officially began in June 2024.
He affirmed the new chapter in his career on his official Facebook page, stating, “I can’t wait to get started with this next month! Another opportunity to further develop my coaching skills and learn from some of the best teachers in the game.”
Caulker, who captained the Leone Stars during the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations (AfCON) in Cameroon, is now set to embark on this new journey in the world of football, aiming to inspire the next generation of players.
