Vice President Mohamed Juldeh Jalloh has assured government’s total commitments to improving sport in the country at all sectors.

He made this statement at the 2022/2023 season awards and closing ceremony for the Sierra Leone Women’s Premier League.

In his statement, he congratulated the chair and the entire board members as well as everyone who made this successful outcome for their tireless efforts to ensuring that, the women’s league become admirable in the country. He stressed government’s plans and commitment and what the government has done so far to improving the sector respectively.

“I graced the Sierra Leone Women’s Premier League 2022/2023 seasons awards and closing ceremony last night at the city hall to celebrate the heroines and the champions Mogbwemo stars from Sierra Rutile. The event also celebrated women’s empowerment and president bio’s commitment to supporting sport.

I used the occasion to catalogue the many achievements in sport over the years, and football in particular under this administration. I reiterated government’s firm commitment to deepen support and expand the many opportunities that come with sport promotion. Bravo to the chair and the entire female league board for a successful Female Premier League. Kudos to the participating teams”. He maintained.
