Orange Sierra Leone provided update on their current network swap project on Saturday afternoon.
The update which is vital to providing customers with easy access to 4G technology across the country could provide some glitches.
“There may be impact on customer experience during the optimisation,” the mobile company said. “We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.”
The mobile company promised to put measures to mitigate the constraints some customers might face while further directing them to send inquiries to their communication channels.
“All our communication channels are at your disposal 24/7 for more information and support,” they said.
Orange Sierra Leone is believed to be the best mobile network in Sierra Leone with their wide reach in rural parts of the country. The network, which operates a 4G+ internet service, is looking for avenues for upgrades to provide efficient and effective service to their customers.
