Dr. Emmanuel Gaima, the Principal Executive Adviser to the President on Public Service and Head of the Public Sector Reform Unit, has provided a detailed explanation of the ongoing Tripartite process and its implementation progress during a press conference held in Makeni.
Speaking to journalists and stakeholders, Dr. Gaima emphasized the importance of the Tripartite initiative in enhancing transparency, governance, and reform within Sierra Leone’s public sector.
He outlined the key objectives of the process and explained the roles of the three main entities involved in driving the reform agenda.
