LoLo Simeon, winner of House of Stars Reality TV Show Season 2, has publicly raised concerns regarding what she describes as unresolved issues surrounding the prizes awarded to her after the show ended in February 2025.

In a detailed public notice addressed to her supporters, known as “Troopers,” Simeon called on the show’s organizers to account for commitments made during and after the competition.

In her statement, Simeon explained that she had remained silent for several months, hoping the issues would be resolved privately. However, she said continued delays and unmet assurances compelled her to address the matter publicly in the interest of transparency and respect for her supporters.

According to Simeon, one of the central concerns relates to the house awarded as part of her winning package. She stated that for nearly nine months she and her legal representatives had requested official documentation for the property, including proof of land ownership and a deed of conveyance. She alleged that despite repeated assurances from the show’s organizers, no valid title documents have been provided and that, to her knowledge, the land on which the house was built is not registered in the name of the show’s organizers or its CEO.

She further raised concerns about the condition and ownership of a vehicle presented to her as part of her prize. Simeon claimed the car was used, mechanically unsound, and handed over without proper ownership documents. She said repeated efforts to regularize the vehicle’s registration were unsuccessful and that the condition of the car posed safety risks.

The winner also described issues surrounding the construction quality of the house. She stated that the building was hurriedly completed for a public handover ceremony and that assurances were given that outstanding work would be completed afterward.

However, she alleged that subsequent inspections revealed significant structural defects, including water damage, leaks, and construction faults, rendering the house unsafe for habitation.

Simeon added that her family, particularly her mother, incurred substantial costs attempting to address some of the defects, though she maintained that the fundamental structural problems could not be resolved through minor repairs. She emphasized that neither she nor her family currently lives in the house due to safety concerns.

In her statement, Simeon also accused the show’s CEO of being dismissive toward her concerns and of engaging in what she described as manipulation and disrespect. She said her decision to speak out was not only personal but also motivated by a sense of responsibility to supporters who invested time, money, and trust in the platform during the voting process.

While the organizers of House of Stars have not publicly responded to the allegations at the time of writing, the situation has sparked discussion on social media about accountability, prize fulfillment, and transparency in reality television productions.

Simeon concluded by stating that her intention is not to undermine the platform but to seek fairness and closure, stressing that the matter reflects broader concerns about trust between reality show organizers, contestants, and the viewing public.
