The Institute of Public Administration and Management (IPAM) of the University of Sierra Leone has hosted a high-level academic round-table discussion with visiting professors from the Africa-American Male Educational Network and Development College, alongside representatives from Comprehensive International College (CIC).
The engagement brought together 21 visiting professors and academic stakeholders to discuss opportunities for strengthening collaboration in higher education, including faculty exchanges, joint research initiatives, and professional development programmes.
According to IPAM management, the meeting forms part of efforts to expand international academic partnerships and promote knowledge sharing between institutions.

IPAM, a constituent college of the University of Sierra Leone, said the collaboration reflects the university’s commitment to improving academic excellence and building stronger connections with global educational institutions.
The discussions focused on creating opportunities for academic cooperation that can support staff development, research advancement, and improved learning experiences for students.
The engagement with the visiting professors is expected to contribute to stronger international networks and increased collaboration in Sierra Leone’s higher education sector.
