The Ernest Bai Koroma University of Science and Technology has on Wednesday 3rd April 2024 issued a notice to its students with directives on what will be the guidelines of the forthcoming examinations.

The public notice from Alimamy Mahmoud Larkoh, the Personal Assistance to the Vice Chancellor of the University, that the examinations will commence on Wednesday, April 3rd, 2024, and the public is mainly for the continuing students.

“Dear Students, this is to inform you that the continuing student examinations will commence on Wednesday, April 3, 2024,” the notice reads in part.

The examination schedule, the notice says has been finalized and detailed timetables have been published accordingly.

The University urged on students to take note of the following important points regarding the examinations:

1. Examination Dates: The examinations will commence from *April 3, 2024,. You must arrive at the examination center earlier than the scheduled start time. Latecomers may not be permitted to enter once the examination has commenced.

2. Examination Center: Each student will be assigned a specific examination center based on their course schedule. Please check your timetable carefully to ensure you report to the correct center for each exam.

3. Exam Regulations: All students are expected to adhere strictly to the examination regulations set forth by the university. This includes bringing valid identification, using only approved materials during the exam, and maintaining academic integrity at all times. Any violations of these regulations will result in disciplinary action.

4. Preparation: We encourage all students to study hard and seek clarification on any topics or concepts they find challenging. Proper preparation is key to performing well in your examinations.
