Sierra Leone’s Ministry of Technical and Higher Education has announced scholarships offered by the Governments of Kuwait and Algeria to qualified Sierra Leoneans who want to pursue studies in these countries for the 2023/2024 academic year.
Here are the Application Criteria:
- Applicants must be over 25 years of age.
- Interested applicants should use the Ministry of Technical and Higher Education [MTHE] website [www.mthe.gov.sl].
- Completed application forms with all supporting documents should be submitted to the same website by Tuesday, August 17th, 2023.
Furthermore, scholarship recipients will be responsible for purchasing their air tickets, and only shortlisted candidates will be contacted by the Ministry of Technical and Higher Education for an interview.
The Ministry also advises prospective applicants to contact the Office of the Students Secretary for more information.
