Lucinda Terese Boma, popularly known as “Sweet Lulu” from the hit reality show Big Sister, has made alarming allegations that her life and the lives of her family members are in danger due to a property dispute in the Mambo community.

Lulu took to her Facebook page on Sunday, September 20, 2024, to share her ordeal, claiming that individuals from the community are targeting her because of her involvement with the Mambo Waterfall, a local natural attraction.

In her social media post, Lulu recounted how she first discovered the waterfall in 2016 and played a key role in promoting it, bringing national attention to the site. She emphasized that the waterfall is a public resource belonging to the country, not to any one individual.

According to Lulu, her efforts to raise awareness about the waterfall have caused tensions within the community, who she claims are involved in illegal activities, including deforestation for coal production.

The situation escalated recently when Lulu said she was attacked by a man allegedly sent by members of the community. She narrowly survived a machete attack, sustaining severe injuries to her back and receiving 13 stitches at Connaught Hospital.

Despite reporting the incident to both the community and the Adonkia Police Station, she said no action has been taken, as the community denied involvement and suggested she contact the police.

Lulu further alleged that her attacker placed her and her family under house arrest for two days, threatening to kill anyone who stepped outside. Repeated attempts to get assistance from law enforcement, she claimed, have been unsuccessful, leaving her and her family in hiding, fearing for their lives.

As of now, the police have yet to make an official statement regarding the case. The allegations have sparked public concern, with Lulu’s fans and followers demanding justice and a thorough investigation into the matter.

This developing story raises serious concerns about safety, property rights, and illegal activities in the Mambo area.
