Kingston Kanneh a 14-year-old Pupil of the Prince of Wales School has allegedly hanged himself at the Milton Margai School for the Blind compound on Wilkinson Road, Freetown.
According to the Principal of the Milton Margai School, Mr Sallieu Turay, the SSS1 boy was earlier seen playing and in a healthy condition before the incident.
He added that he was not around when the unfortunate incident occurred but the Chairman of the Board of Directors in his absence swiftly alerted the authorities.
The late boy’s mother is blind hence why they live at the Milton Margai Blind School.

Mr Turay revealed that the young boy’s corpse has been taken to the Mortuary for postmortem and the police are investigating the matter.
