The Chapter One Multipurpose Center, owned by Sierra Leonean entrepreneur Fassally Tarawally, has been praised as a milestone in the country’s tourism and entertainment industry. At the launch, President Bio commended the facility as a testament to local investment and private-sector growth under his administration.

Permanent Secretary Edward Kwame Yankson of the Ministry of Tourism and Cultural Affairs highlighted the center’s role in boosting Sierra Leone’s appeal as a tourism destination. “This is where culture, hospitality, and entertainment meet. It’s a game-changer,” he said.

Fassally Tarawally, CEO of Chapter One, expressed gratitude to the government for fostering an enabling business environment. “This is not just a venue—it’s a dream realized,” he stated.
