The Alphatek Global Youth Empowerment Organization (AG Youth Empowerment) has carried out its third donation exercise in Nekabu Community, advancing its mission to foster women-led economic transformation.

The initiative combined clean energy solutions and financial support, reinforcing the organization’s vision of building resilient communities through targeted investment in women.

As part of the program:

  • Solar Energy for Progress: Five high-powered solar panels were installed to provide affordable, sustainable electricity, enabling school pupils to study safely at night and supporting wider community development.
  • Economic Empowerment Grant: A total of USD 1,000 was awarded to 20 women under the Women’s Economic Empowerment Grant, giving them the tools to start, grow, and sustain income-generating activities and achieve long-term financial independence.

AG Youth Empowerment stressed that its work extends beyond donations. The organization invests in women as entrepreneurs, leaders, and pillars of resilient communities, ensuring that resources create a lasting ripple effect that strengthens families, powers businesses, and fuels hope for a sustainable future.

Through the combination of solar energy and economic grants, Nekabu Community now serves as an example of how targeted support can foster self-reliance and resilience. The organization’s ongoing efforts demonstrate that when women thrive, communities flourish.
