The accused was charged with 5 counts ranging from cyber stalking and bullying, sending hatred messages using a Computer System/Network Contrary to Section 44 (2) (b) of the Cyber Security and Crime Act 2021, Act No. 7 of 2021; sending enmity messages using computer system network with intent to provoke the Citizens of Sierra Leone to Commit the breach of peace; distributing racist material to the public through a computer system, contrary to Section 51 (1) (a) of the Cyber Security and Crime Act No 2021, Act No. 7 of 2021, and public insult through a computer system contrary to Section 52 (1) (C) of of the Cyber Security and Crime Act 2021 Act No. 7 of 2021.
Five witnesses testified including two Cyber Officers from CID, the investigator, and the Exhibit Clerk.
