Residents in Freetown caught a fully armed Sierra Leonean Military Officer with a gun while stealing from civilians.

The officer was seen tortured in the video and fully dressed with military uniform and a gun on his possession. Residents said he was caught stealing in their house. Angry youths came with water and splashed it on his face while others were busy sending heavy objects on him.

It yet unclears what the officer was caught stealing.
