In a recent Facebook post, Sierra Leonean citizen Zee Tunkara Clarkson shared her insights on the upcoming 2023 elections, suggesting that they will deviate slightly from previous electoral processes.
Clarkson’s analysis revolves around the classification of voters into three distinct categories: Economic Reason Voters, Party Supporters Voters, and Sympathetic Voters.
According to her, these categories will shape the voting landscape, even encompassing first-time voters.
Although traditional regional and tribal sentiment voters are still expected to play a role in the elections, Clarkson predicts a shift in voting patterns. She believes that the inclusion of first-time voters within the aforementioned categories will bring about notable changes.
