The Political Party Registration Commission (PPRC) has published the draft Constitution of the All Peoples Congress (APC).

Pursuant to Section 24 (1) (a) of the Political Parties Act (PPA) No. 3 of 2002, the public is hereby informed that the Political Parties Registration Commission (PPRC) has published in the Sierra Leone Gazette ( Vol. CXLXII No. 63) Government Notice No. 288 the draft Constitution of the All Peoples Congress (APC) Party.

Consequently, The Commission hereby invites objections from the General public, to any of the provision(s) of the said draft Constitution.

The Public is further informed that, this Notice is for Thirty days from the date herein, thereafter, if no objections are received by the Commission within those thirty days, the draft Constitution shall become effective by operation of law, pursuant to Section 24(2)(a) of the Political Parties Act aforementioned.

All objections must be forwarded to the PPRC Office at OAU Drive, Tower Hill, Freetown or via email at [email protected] not later than the close of business on Monday 29th November, 2021.
