Sierra Leone’s Minister of Information and Civic Education, Chernor Bah has met with the Secretary General (CEO), Ahmad Alhendawi of the World Organization of Scout Movement on developmental exchange.

The minister maintained that they had a fruitful discussion on building strong ties with the movement that has up to 57 million young leaders, adding that, it may be of great help for the youths of Sierra Leone in mapping out their potentials and making things work for a sustainable development.

“I am excited for what will unfold in our partnership to advance civic/non-formal education and promote youth leadership in Sierra Leone” he stated.

The World Organization of Scout Movement is the leading education movement with 57 million members in 174 countries.
