The Ministry of Communication, Technology, and Innovation (MoCTI) has officially welcomed the African Development Bank (AfDB) to the country.
This visit marks a crucial step in the ongoing discussions surrounding the Fɛlei Tech City project, a private sector-driven initiative aimed at transforming the technological and economic landscape of the region.
