The Former National Secretary General of the All Peoples Congress (APC), Ambassador Osman Foday Yansaneh has assured party members that have addressed and resolved all internal issues ahead of the part’s National Delegate Conference.
Ambassador Yansaneh stated that authorities within the party since their days in governance have immensely created cohesion within the APC, adding that searching for avenues that will make the party peaceful, progressive, and outstanding has always been their priority.
He said as a party they have built on the spirit of patriotism, nationalism, zero tolerance to corruption. He then asking all party supporters to obey the constitutional law as a democratic state.
“Under my stewardship as National Secretary General, our country won distinguished international laurels for our democracy, good governance, justice rapid developmental status,” Yansaneh stated.
Speaking on the commission of inquiry, he said their party is not in any way against the inquiry but stands with the constitutional procedures and the rule of law.
He further dilated on the upcoming elections, stating that their party is building up strategies within itself to emerge victorious during the June 24, 2023 elections, as they have won the Bonthe district council election.
He concluded by calling on all his comrades in the APC to refrain from antiparty activities and focus on the party structure and activities, adding that the party is bigger than anyone.
