Sierra Leone government has taken another step toward strengthening its healthcare system as 52 newly qualified allied health professionals were officially inducted and licensed during a ceremony held on Friday, May 15, 2026, at the 4th Floor Conference Hall of the Freetown City Council.
The induction and oath-taking ceremony brought together health sector stakeholders, invited guests, and family members to witness the formal entry of the successful candidates into professional healthcare practice following the completion of their qualifying examinations.
The newly registered professionals officially received their professional licenses during the event, marking the beginning of their service in various areas of the country’s healthcare sector.
