Leone Rock Metal Group (LRMG) reaffirmed its commitment to fostering employee talent by renewing its Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the “Leone Rock Internal Entertainment Ambassadors” on November 8, 2024.

The renewal event took place at LRMG’s headquarters in Freetown and highlights the company’s ongoing support for its employees’ artistic pursuits.

Under this renewed agreement, LRMG has committed NLe 80,000 to support its employee musicians, further enhancing the company’s inclusive culture. The Internal Entertainment Ambassadors, comprised of employees who are also musicians, include Morris J Fah-Bundeh, Mohamed Valdo Turay, Antony Koroma, Samuel Sultian Bangura, Alhaji Kanu, Noah Kanu, Abubakarr Kamara, and Aiah Kanessi.

As part of the MOU, the company will cover studio fees, travel allowances, and accommodations for the ambassadors, subject to prior approval. Each ambassador will receive NLe 1,000 as a performance allowance per pre-approved show, along with customized LRMG-branded costumes and official identification badges.

LRMG’s Chief Technical Officer, Salim Sillah, commended the ambassadors for their dedication and highlighted their role in promoting the company through their music. Sillah also welcomed the potential inclusion of more female ambassadors to foster greater gender balance within the team.

Speaking on behalf of the ambassadors, Antony Koroma expressed gratitude for LRMG’s support. “We’re excited to continue this journey with LRMG and to share our music while representing the company,” he said.

This MOU renewal underscores LRMG’s commitment to nurturing the diverse talents of its workforce, reinforcing its reputation as an employee-focused organization in Sierra Leone.
