On the bid to shape the forthcoming Medium-Term National Development Plan (MTNDP) for the period 2024-2030 the Ministry of Planning and Economic Development, led by Madam Kenyeh Barlay have stated their district engagement with six districts.

The Six districts have been actively engaged in consultations for the development of the Medium Term National Development Plan (MTNDP 2024-2030) which are, Kono, Kambia, Falaba, Tonkolili, Bonthe, and Kailahun who have collaboratively identified their development priorities for the upcoming years.

These discussions align with the specific needs of each community, focusing on the significant Five Game Changers and enablers.

The ongoing efforts extend beyond these districts, with current engagements in progress in other regions to gather input and address the felt needs of communities for the next seven years.
