Sixteen Political Parties in Sierra Leone have announced a massive protest against President Maada Bio’s Government.

This protest is going to be held on June 19, 2021. And it is a global virtual protest. 

The protest would be hosted on Facebook, Zoom, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter and it would be followed by leaders of Sierra Leone’s development partners worldwide.

According to a report by Nationalist Newspaper, prominent Sierra Leoneans, from all walks of life, are reported to have been invited to join in and send messages.

Invited participants will jointly or individually reject what is going on in the country under the watch of the Bio-administration.

“We have witnessed a retrogression of national peace and cohesion, the escalation of alleged state corruption, increase in crime, and the reversal of democratic gains,” said one of the would-be participant.
