Presidential Aide, Myk Brewa, has remarked that the absence of APC’s Samura Kamara and his allies during the State Opening of Parliament was a missed opportunity.

President Bio opened Parliament on Tuesday, 6th August, 2024. Brewa highlighted the significance of the State Opening as a crucial occasion for the government to communicate its accomplishments, aims, and goals to Parliament and the public.

He emphasized that the event initiates discussions shaping the legislative agenda for the year, and is vital for fostering strong parliamentary ties and national cohesion.
