The Pujehun District Youth Council (PDYC) on Wednesday 27th December, 2023 convened with the honorable Chief Minister, Dr. David Moinina Sengeh, at his residence in Pujehun Town.

The meeting delved into multifaceted topics centered around enhancing the well-being of young individuals, notably focusing on their involvement in the “Feed Salone Program.”

Led by Acting Chairman Mohamed Kallon, the PDYC pledged unwavering support for the developmental initiatives spearheaded by the Hon. Chief Minister and the Sierra Leonean government within the Pujehun District.

The discourse set the stage for regular quarterly engagements aimed at tapping into the potential of the district’s young demographic, regarded as a pivotal asset in driving progress and development.

Dr. Sengeh’s down-to-earth persona and his willingness to address societal concerns from all corners were lauded by the PDYC. Despite a hectic schedule, the Chief Minister dedicated time to a productive dialogue with the youth leadership and their entourage.

Expressing gratitude, the PDYC extended their thanks to Dr. Sengeh and his father, “Paul A. (Valium) Sengeh,” for facilitating an enriching, interactive, and enlightening engagement with the country’s Chief Minister.
