QCell Sierra Leone, a leading mobile network operator in the country, has issued a statement debunking a message circulating on social media that claims the company is offering a free 100GB Christmas bonanza to its customers.

In a press release released today, QCell’s management clarified that the message is fake and does not originate from the company. They emphasized that any official festive promotions or giveaways will be communicated through their official channels, including all social media platforms and direct SMS notifications to customers.

“We urge our customers to be cautious of such misleading information,” the statement said. “Any official announcements regarding Christmas or other promotional offers will always be communicated through our official channels.”
