The Saving Lives Initiative (SLI) has arrived in Sierra Leone to support victims of the Wellington fire explosion.

SLI is a non-profit Humanitarian Volunteer-based Organization in the United States, that through Donors and Partners facilitates Life-Saving Surgeries to impoverished and medically under-served Communities who do not have access or financial capacity to pay for such surgeries and sustainable medical services programs that are centered around knowledge transfer to Sierra Leone.

According to Gleaner Sierra Leone, the saving lives initiative team will take part in the emergency medical operations for the many hospitalized fire victims.

The SLI’S Medical Doctors are now at different hospitals dealing with fire mishaps.
