The leadership of Sierra Leone’s Public Sector led by the Minister of Public Administration and Political Affairs, Amara Kallon has on the 10th May, 2024 visited Egypt to strengthen the existing bilateral ties and to enhance cooperation in capacity building for civil/ public servants, as well as strengthening ongoing reforms within the public sector.
The mission to Egypt underscores the unwavering commitment to advancing administrative excellence and fostering constructive international relations for the betterment of Sierra Leone.
The role and expectations of the delegation are to hold bilateral discussions with eminent officials aimed at revitalizing Sierra Leone’s public sector architecture that will created a positive impact for civil/public servants in the country.
They are set to engage the Prime Minister of Egypt H.E. Prof. Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, on the grounds of signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to solidify collaborative efforts of both countries.
The delegation will visit the House of Representatives of Egypt to have closed door meetings with Dr. Sharif Al-Gabali, Chairman of the African Affairs with the view of fostering mutually beneficial partnerships.
