The Minister of Trade and Industry, Alpha Ibrahim Sesay, has on the 7th January 2024 welcomed a delegation of businessmen from the Kingdom of Morocco.

The team is supposed to stay for discussion and plans until January 9th, 2024.

It was communicated that, the minister will have a familiarization meeting with the Moroccan delegation which will serve as an opportunity for both parties to get to know each other better and discuss potential areas of cooperation and collaboration.

The minister will proceed to have a press conference with the potential businessmen at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs press conference room which will provide a platform for the minister and the businessmen to share information about the visit and the opportunities for trade and investment between the two.

This is expected to boost the sector as well as having opportunities for both parties.
