The Sierra Leone United State Embassy has confirmed another arrival of 200,070 Pfizer doses in Sierra Leone through a United States COVAX donation. This brings the total number of vaccine doses donated to Sierra Leone from the United States to over one million.
The Covid-19 pandemic has continued its strong decline in Sierra Leone, with the virus decelerating everywhere except in Asia. Sierra Leone’s government has been relaxing a majority of its strict rules as a result of these declining cases.

As an important indicator, the number of diagnosed cases from NaCOVERC reflects the fact that the country is winning the war against the dreadful virus.
