It landed on the social media like an unexpected bomb and went viral like the historical Hiroshima bomb, which till date has lasted in the memories of those were affected; even those that were not yet born at the time have been told the sad and devastated story for the extent of damage caused by this bomb.

So, the ruling of the High Court of Justice Adrian Fisher has been predicted to be the same and those that would be affected, whether positive or negative will tell the story to their loved ones, friends and party members.

The notice of judgement took a number of interested members aback as most of them were looking forward to June 28, 2022 which constitutionally will wrap up the 90 days period mandated by the 1991 constitution for Judgement of the court to be delivered. It is not known what the contents of the judgement would be but going by the prediction of the expired National Secretary General of the APC Party.

Ambassador Foday Osman Yansaneh who pretended to have got a wind of the contents of the Judgement may not be different from what he published some weeks back in a Press Release, that there is going to be an interim body that would run the affairs of the party until the election of a National Executive that would be charge with the mandate of managing the party for a certain number of years. Although he did not mention about dissolution of the expired National Secretary General that such may be included in the Judgement as the current executive is old, worn-out, expired and cannot function administratively well. The fragility and incompetence of the current fragmented.

Executive has left both its supporters and members to perceive it as a major sellout that comprised a group of hungry and selfish “Kaddi Matters” whose ambition and focus is how to use the party to protect their interest and make money for their personal benefits. The Judgement, based on the view of the National Secretary General as expressed in his recent press release, which he retracted on the advice of his lawyer may take into account most of the major considerations as expressed in the press release.

The High Court on Thursday 28th April, 2022 will host the expired party National Secretary General, Ambassador Osman Foday Yansaneh, the 3rd accused person and other members. It is estimated that the High Court of Justice Adrian Fisher will be jam-packed on the day that judgement will be delivered.

Sources connected with the APC Party Head Office on Old Railway Line Brookfields have intimated this medium that the expired Secretary General is seen the other day packing documents on his table, thus giving the indication that the judgement may not be in his favour or the expired executive team of penalty.
