The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has officially approved the Southern Arena stadium in Bo as the venue for the first leg preliminary match of the 2024/25 CAF Champions League between Bo Rangers and San Pedro.

The match is scheduled to take place on August 17, 2024.

The decision follows a successful pre-inspection of the stadium by Sierra Leone Football Associationโ€™s Director of Competitions and facility inspector, Sorie Ibrahim Sesay. CAFโ€™s green light confirms that the Southern Arena meets the stringent standards required to host such a high-profile continental competition.
