Former Sierra Leone national team Captain and seasoned MLS striker, Kei Kamara who recently achieved a significant milestone by obtaining his US Soccer National B Coaching License has thrown an insight into the way games are played in the country.

With special reference to a video making rounds on social media of a football match played in the country, Kamara intimated that, the ball needs to be set for different playing sessions.

“what we should do is not to get the ball pumped harder because we are playing on hard fields and the ball should get control” he stated, adding that, to prevent the lack of control of the ball on the pitch is not to have it pumped harder.

He said the female ball must not be that harder as compared to the male ball in some cases which may enable the game to go on in a very attractive manner.

“Congratulations to the areas that have already got the artificial turf. It’s really a big time and that has to change the face of football in the country,” he maintained.
