Premier League champions Manchester City are on the verge of signing highly-rated young defender Juma Bah from Spanish side Valladolid.
According to Journalist Fabrizio Romano, City Group, the parent company of Manchester City, has reached a verbal agreement with Valladolid for the 2004-born centre-back, who is considered one of the most promising young talents in Sierra Leone.
While the transfer is not yet finalized, sources indicate that a loan move to French club RC Lens is likely to be included in the deal.
The two clubs have an excellent working relationship following the successful loan of midfielder Abdoulaye Khusanov from Lens to City last season.
Bah’s potential arrival at the Etihad Stadium further strengthens City’s commitment to developing young talent.
