The Sierra Leone Football Association (SLFA) has officially invited all Division One clubs in the Western Area Region to attend a crucial meeting aimed at addressing key administrative and developmental issues affecting the league.

According to a press release issued by the Association, the meeting is scheduled to take place on Tuesday, 3rd March 2026, at 1:00 PM at the SLFA Headquarters in Kingtom, Freetown. The engagement will be held at the Association’s Secretariat and is expected to bring together club executives to deliberate on matters relating to the administration, organisation, and overall development of Division One football in the Western Area.

The Association emphasized that the discussions will focus on critical issues of significant importance ahead of the upcoming football calendar. As such, all concerned clubs have been strongly urged to ensure the attendance of their Chairmen and Secretaries, or designated representatives, to facilitate meaningful deliberations and collective decision-making.

The SLFA further expressed confidence in the full cooperation and timely presence of all invited clubs, underscoring the importance of unity and coordination in strengthening the structures of Division One football within the region.

The upcoming meeting is expected to set the tone for improved governance and enhanced competitiveness in the Western Area Division One League as preparations intensify for the new football season.
