The National Revenue Authority (NRA) has hosted a high-level delegation from Orange Sierra Leone at its Gloucester Street headquarters to formally introduce Madam Aicha Touré as the company’s new Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
The visit formed part of the NRA’s stakeholder-relations framework aimed at strengthening collaboration with major corporate taxpayers and supporting effective revenue mobilisation.

Outgoing CEO, Mr. Sekou Amadou Bah, used the occasion to express his appreciation to Commissioner General Mrs. Jeneba J. Bangura for the strong professional relationship fostered between Orange Sierra Leone and the NRA.
He reaffirmed the company’s commitment to tax compliance and commended the Authority’s structured engagement with corporate partners.
Commissioner General Mrs. Bangura congratulated Mr. Bah on his next professional chapter and welcomed Madam Touré to her new role. She assured the new CEO of the NRA’s continued partnership and highlighted the Authority’s emphasis on structured dialogue particularly on the Finance Act 2026 to promote understanding and strengthen voluntary compliance.
In her remarks, Madam Touré reaffirmed Orange Sierra Leone’s commitment to working closely with the NRA and contributing to Sierra Leone’s economic development.
She emphasized the company’s position as a major corporate taxpayer and pledged to build on the strong foundation established by her predecessor.

The meeting underscored the importance of public–private collaboration in driving national revenue growth and ensuring regulatory compliance.
By maintaining open channels of communication and coordinated engagement on policy matters such as the Finance Act 2026, both the NRA and Orange Sierra Leone signaled a shared commitment to supporting the country’s broader economic objectives.
