Keystone One Properties Investment has officially launched its operations in Sierra Leone, marking the occasion with the unveiling of its strategic partnership with the Sierra Leone Housing Corporation (SALHOC) and a luxury apartment project.

The high-profile event brought together key stakeholders from SALHOC, including the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Madam Kaday Zoronkong, who travelled from Bo District, the General Manager, Mr. Joseph Munda Sandi, Deputy General Manager, Mr. Emmanuell Tommy, as well as other management staff.

Keystone One Properties, a premier real estate and urban planning company, focuses on delivering comprehensive services ranging from architectural design to property management, sales support, and investment consultation.

With a global presence, including a base in Dubai, the company aims to drive infrastructure development, enhance global connectivity, and support urban regeneration efforts in Sierra Leone while expanding regionally and contributing to community impact.

Delivering her keynote address, the CEO of Keystone One Properties Investment, Esther Finda Bangali, described the company as a bridge between architectural excellence and community-driven development. She outlined their core services, including real estate brokerage, buying and selling of land and houses, property investment consultation, land verification and documentation support, as well as property marketing for sellers.

She emphasized her vision to bring meaningful development to Sierra Leone, noting that the company’s presence is not just about expansion but about building capacity and contributing positively to the country. She expressed appreciation to SALHOC and particularly to the General Manager for supporting her vision following the trust she received in the United Arab Emirates.

In his partnership statement, Mr. Joseph Munda Sandi described the collaboration as a significant boost towards addressing housing challenges in Sierra Leone. He highlighted the growing interest in real estate and acknowledged the government’s efforts, particularly under the leadership of Julius Maada Bio, noting the National Development Plan’s target to construct 20,000 homes by 2030.

He further revealed that Sierra Leone faces a housing deficit of nearly one million units, pointing to the increasing demand driven by over 120,000 public and private sector workers and a growing middle class. He stressed that SALHOC is committed to partnering with credible investors like Keystone One Properties to help bridge this gap and deliver impactful housing solutions.

The event concluded with the official launch and unveiling of the luxury apartment project in partnership with SALHOC.
