Memunatu Sow, the wife of Sierra Leonean international footballer Musa Noah Kamara (popularly known as Musa Tombo), has publicly warned social media personality Hawa Hunt to cease interfering in her personal affairs following a viral controversy surrounding the birth of her new child.
In a direct response posted across social media platforms, Sow broke her usual online silence to address ongoing speculation regarding the paternity and legitimacy of her newborn baby.
Sow, who directly tagged Hunt’s official Facebook profile in her response, stated that while she normally ignores public commentary, she will not tolerate public disrespect aimed at her husband or her family.
She clarified that while she purposefully overlooks critical posts from professional bloggers and media sites because “it is their job to generate views and income,” she expects different boundaries from public figures.
“I had so much respect for you, but not anymore,” Sow stated in her post. “For the last time, mind your business.”
The dispute stems from online rumors and commentary regarding the parentage of Sow’s child. Addressing the speculation directly, Sow asserted that her family planning choices have no bearing on Hunt’s life, noting that she has never prevented anyone else from having their own children.
Sow concluded her statement by explaining that her long-standing calm demeanor on social media is a deliberate choice intended to protect the peace of her household and show respect for her husband.
However, she warned that she would continue to defend her family from unsolicited commentary by non-media personalities who speak on issues they do not understand.
