Job Description
The Electrician will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and efficiency of the Company’s electrical systems. He will be responsible for identifying and addressing minor electrical issues throughout the office, ensuring a safe and comfortable work environment for the employees. He will ensure that all electrical work complies with safety standards and regulations, providing a reliable and efficient service to support our daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on electrical systems and equipment across the facility.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor electrical issues, including lighting, outlets, and circuit problems.
- Assist in the installation of new electrical appliances and fixtures as required.
- Maintain accurate records of electrical work conducted, including repairs and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Ensure compliance with all local and national electrical codes and safety standards.
Communicate effectively with management and staff regarding electrical concerns and project updates. - Collaborate with external contractors for larger electrical projects or issues as necessary.
Qualifications:
- A valid Electrician’s license or relevant certification
- Experience in electrical maintenance within a commercial or corporate setting.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and safety practices.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and repair of electrical issues.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
