Job Description

The Electrician will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and efficiency of the Company’s electrical systems. He will be responsible for identifying and addressing minor electrical issues throughout the office, ensuring a safe and comfortable work environment for the employees. He will ensure that all electrical work complies with safety standards and regulations, providing a reliable and efficient service to support our daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance on electrical systems and equipment across the facility.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve minor electrical issues, including lighting, outlets, and circuit problems.
  • Assist in the installation of new electrical appliances and fixtures as required.
  • Maintain accurate records of electrical work conducted, including repairs and preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with all local and national electrical codes and safety standards.
    Communicate effectively with management and staff regarding electrical concerns and project updates.
  • Collaborate with external contractors for larger electrical projects or issues as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • A valid Electrician’s license or relevant certification
  • Experience in electrical maintenance within a commercial or corporate setting.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and safety practices.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting and repair of electrical issues.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
