The leading presidential candidate of the main opposition, All Peoples Congress (APC), Samura Mathew Wilson Kamara has congratulated members of the newly formed Interim Transitional Governance Committee of the party ahead of next year’s general elections.

Kamara sent this congratulatory message on a public message issued today, Monday 16 May, 2022.

Congratulations to the Chairman and the Membership of the Interim Transitional Governance Committee (ITGC), and I deeply appreciate you all for taking on the ground work toward successful Party Conventions leading to 2023 general elections,” he stated.

The 2018 presidential aspirant further stated that, “The entire APC membership, and I, wish for the Committee God’s guidance and Grace as you embark on this noble task. I have no doubt that the diverse experiences you bring with you will prove to be invaluable additions to the continuous building of our APC institution.”

“I pray that your talents and strengths be the offshoots for effective delivery. I look forward to serving the Committee at your convenience. I wish you well,” he added.

APC last week revealed the 21-Man Interim Transitional Governing Committee in compliance with High Court Judge, Justice Adrian Fisher’s rulings. Justice Fisher ordered the then APC National Executive Committee to vacate office within 14 days and to provide handover notes to an interim committee.
