The Judiciary of Sierra Leone has held Christmas Celebration With The Prince of Wales Brass Band in Freetown .

Christmas in the City, is an initiative devised by the current administration under the leadership of His Justice Desmond Babatunde Edwards to entertain everyone including Judges, Magistrates and all Judiciary staff after months of exhaustive work to deliver on their mandates.

The said event was not to hail the Chief Justice’s administration, but to challenge himself to do much more than he’s done in putting the country’s justice system among other outstanding Judiciaries in the Sub-region.

Meanwhile, Sierra Leone’s Chief Justice, Desmond Babatunde Edwards, has also unveiled the second edition of the Judiciary Magazine today.

During the unveiling, he calls on the public to stop criticising without providing the necessary solution to help build the Sierra Leone Judiciary.

The move is not only part of of Chief Justice Edwards Commitment to transform the Judiciary in conformity with international best practices, but to also take the Sierra Leone Judiciary closer to the people.
